A $100.00 non-refundable deposit holds your reservation.

Final Balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment.

Regal Oaks Resort at Old Town is community of 3 and 4 bedroom private townhomes designed for your vacation rental needs. Located between Marker 8 and Marker 9 off of Central Florida's Highway 192, this resort is less than 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World and conveniently located to Central Florida's other major attractions and within walking distance of Old Town!

This townhome has a maximum sleeping capacity of 10. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a full size bed and bedroom 3 and 4 each has a pair of twin-size beds. Beautifully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the standard kitchen appliances including a microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Complete with linens and towels, there is also a washer and dryer available for your usage. There is a TV and DVD Player in the living room as well as a TV in the master bedroom and in the full size bedroom. For your convenience, this premier home has free local telephone service as well as internet access from your townhome.

The Regal Oaks Resort at Old Town is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself while staying in Central Florida. At the resort you can utilize the wonderful facilities or go to Disney or any of the other numerous attractions that the Orlando area has to offer. The pool areas features a large pool in a lush tropical setting complete with a lazy river, waterslide and outdoor Jacuzzi.
