We are Barbara and Danny, a husband and wife team who after countless family trips to Florida, chose to move here with our small daughters in 2002. As the owner of a rental property, we initially gave our home to a large management company to manage. After seeing the impersonal service our home and our guests received, we began to learn the ins and outs of managing short term rentals and in 2003, we formed Florida Escapes Vacation Rentals.
Our service is designed to give you and your vacation home the best service we can possibly provide. Attention to detail is our pride and our aim is to deliver the ‘WOW’ factor to each and every guest upon entering your vacation home. We make every effort to know our homeowners and their homes to ensure that they know their home is being taken care of and is in good hands.
Since our dedication to each property is paramount, we are expanding our services to
25 properties to ensure that the quality of care will not be compromised and each home
will continue to be given the attention it deserves.
We are on hand to assist guests with any questions or inquiries they may have - our phones are manned 24/7, emergencies are dealt with as soon as possible. We have an intense marketing program and a number of contacts in the travel industry who assist us in providing bookings for your home.
