Reservation Policies

1.....Use of the accommodations and its amenities is entirely at the user's risk and no responsibility can be accepted by the owner or its rental agent for personal injuries or stolen items. Baggage and personal belongings are at the Guest's risk at all times, and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents. The Guest is strongly advised to take out full and adequate travel insurance to cover all members of the party.
2.....Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Any indications of smoking inside of the home will result in an immediate credit card charge for additional deep cleaning fees of $250.00
3.....Community Courtesy Hours apply. Volume and noise levels must be kept to a level that will not disturb other guests or property owners particularly from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
4.....Occupancy is strictly enforced. Violation of the limit will be cause for immediate eviction without refund.**HOME CANNOT BE USED FOR SOCIAL ENGAGEMENTS (PARTIES, ENGAGEMENTS, ETC.)**
5.....The home will be cleaned and ready for your arrival. We request that you leave the home in relatively good condition. Please notify us promptly of any damages or problems that arise. Please refer to Welcome Book upon arrival for Checkout Procedures.
6.....Overnight Street and RV Parking Prohibited.
7.....Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been received (additional fees apply...Must Complete Additional Pet Waiver)
8.....Owner or Rental agent reserves the right to substitute the designated home under any circumstance for suitable comparable accommodations.
9.....In the unlikely event of equipment malfunction, Florida Escapes Vacation Rentals will strive to reduce the Guest's inconvenience by expediting any necessary repairs. However, no rebate can be approved based on circumstances beyond the Managers control.
10.....Each property is privately owned and decorated according to the owners' decorating style and preferences. Florida Escapes Vacation Rentals cannot be held responsible for providing additional furnishings or equipment not presently available in the property. Should the Guest consider that there is any reason for complaint while staying in the property, the Guest must contact the Managers.
11.....Florida Escapes Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation or remove any tenant which is found to be disruptive, fraudulent or misrepresentative of their intentions of their stay in the property.
12.....“SAVE MY PAYMENT” NO RISK POLICY: We understand that things can
happen. So, should you have to cancel your dates FOR ANY REASON, simply
re-book your new dates with us, up to one year in advance (depending on our
availability/current rate), and we will re-apply your payment(s) for you so you
don't lose it! There is NO limit to the number of times you can reschedule!
Your payments are safe and protected!
13.....THE GUEST MAY NOT SUB-LET OR ASSIGN THE PROPERTY OR SHARE WITH OTHERS THAN THE PERSONS INCLUDED IN THE AGREEMENT WITH THE MANAGERS.
