A $100.00 non-refundable deposit holds your reservation.

Final Balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment.

#2507 is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath pool home located in Indian Creek; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 5 minutes from the Walt Disney World and Universal Studios and conveniently located to Central Florida’s other major attractions.

This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 12. With two master suites, the first master suite has a king size bed, master suite #2 has a queen size bed; bedroom 3 has a full size bed and bedrooms 4 and 5 both have a set of twin size beds. There is also a sleeper sofa.

Beautifully yet comfortably furnished, there is ample kitchen space and is fully equipped with all the standard kitchen appliances including a microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Complete with linens and towels, there is also a full capacity washer and dryer available for your usage. There is a TV in the living room as well as a TV in each of the master bedrooms.

Additional amenities include wireless internet and free national long distance. Community Amenities include children's playground, tennis courts, basketball court, putting green and soccer field.

The pool can be heated for a charge of $25 per day and has a cover to keep it warm! Pool heat is recommended during the months of October thru April.
