We understand that things can happen.  So, should you have to cancel your dates FOR ANY REASON, simply re-book your new dates with us, up to one year in advance (depending on our availability/current rate), and we will re-apply your payment(s) for you so you don't lose it! There is NO limit to the number of times you can reschedule! Your payments are safe and protected!

A $100.00 non-refundable deposit holds your reservation. 


Final Balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.  Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment.


Payments can be received by certified check or money order. 


If you wish to pay by credit card we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept US, Canadian and UK payments through PayPal.
1208 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath private pool home designed for your vacation rental needs. Located in Cumbrian Lakes; a gated, peaceful subdivision situated approximately 20 minutes from the Walt Disney World and Universal Studios and conveniently located to Central Florida's other major attractions.

This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a full size bed and bedroom 3 has a pair of twin-size beds. Beautifully furnished, the kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped with all the standard kitchen appliances including a microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Complete with linens and towels, there is also a full capacity washer and dryer available for your usage. There is a TV and DVD Player in the living room as well as a TV in the master bedroom.  

 

The pool can be heated for a charge of $25 per day and has a cover to keep it warm! Pool heat is recommended during the months of October thru April. For your convenience, this premier home has free local and national telephone service.
